We hope that your transaction with Rocco Watches is as effortless as possible, but we are realistic in acknowledging that problems will occasionally occur.

Before contacting our support staff, please check our FAQ to see if your question has already been asked. While our support staff endeavour to reply to all questions and queries within 24 hours, why wait if you don't have to?

Why are our watches FREE?

  •  We are simply offering watches for Free so we can get customers familiar with our brand and hopefully tell a few friends about us. We hope to have our own branded jewelry with our logo on our products in 2019 but as we said we need a customer base first and a little capital to start our venture.

Why am I missing some products?

  • We send items in multiple packages as they come from different factories. Don’t be alarmed when you have missing items. These items will come in more packages within the shipping timeframe.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping takes between 5-25 business days. However we refund or resend your order if you do not receive it 6 weeks from purchase day.
  • You may have to pay customs fees depending on your location

Where can I get my tracking number?

  • We have all the tracking numbers for your products. If you want them please do not hesitate to contact us by filling the Contact Us page.

What is your refund policy?

  • We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase so we do full refunds if you are not satisfied with it, we want to provide everybody with risk-free shopping.
